What's New?

Now you can access your
credit union account
from your keyboard at home or office -- 24/7!

The credit union will be upgrading the online Home Financial Services system starting Friday, September 30 through Sunday, October 2, 2011.  During this upgrade you will not have access to your online banking account.  On Monday, October 3, 2011, you will be able to gain access to your accounts by following these steps:

1. Visit our website www.hmcreditunion.org
2. Follow the links to the new Home Banking site
3. Enroll under the New Members heading
4. Enter your 5-digit Member Number, Social Security Number, Email address, and Date of Birth
5. Accept the terms and conditions of the Home Banking disclosure and click "Sign Up".
6. A temporary password will be emailed to you to continue the enrollment process.
a. Important: If your email address is different or not on file with the credit union then you may need to wait an additional 24 hours for further verification before a temporary password can be emailed to you.
7.  After receiving the temporary password you may continue the enrollment process.  You will be prompted to change your password immediately to a secure, personalized password.  Your new password must contain six (6) characters of at least: one (1) Uppercase, one (1) Lowercase, and one (1) Symbol (#, $, @, &, ^, *)
8. After successfully changing your password you will be requested to answer three (3) Security questions and a Confidence Word.  The Confidence Word is any word that you choose which will be displayed at each login.  If, at any time, this word is different than what is selected during the enrollment, DO NOT LOGIN. Exit the site and contact the credit union immediately.

Special instructions for Bill Pay users

1. You will now be required to access the Bill Pay site through the new Home Banking site. 
2. Once you are logged into the Home Banking site, choose the Bill Pay tab to make your payments.  You will not need to set up new passwords (one click will bring you there!).  You will not lose any of your Bill Pay information.
3. Pay your bills just like you did before the upgrade.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we upgrade the Home Banking system.  The new site will offer changes that will improve your banking experience.  We hope you like it - please let us know what you think!
